This Frundy of the Day really hits home with me, because I am so guilty of not spending enough time with my kids. I have trouble sitting down and playing with Jaxon, because I always have so much to do around the house. Even if my house is clean, there’s always laundry to fold, dishes to put away, or bills to pay. So, I decided to sit down with Jaxon and put this puzzle together, and it made him so happy. Of course there was still laundry, crumbs, toilets, diapers, and counter tops flying through my head, but I made myself work at it until I put ALL 100 pieces together. We had a good time, and I’ve come to realize that puzzles are really fun! I felt so proud of myself when I finished and then…he destroyed it.
