Marty and I went away over the weekend, and we left Carter overnight for the first time. Oh the agony! I felt small anxiety attacks surge through my body as we dropped the kids off Friday night. What if he wakes up a bunch during the night or cries for hours because he just needs his mommy? These were a couple of the worries that I presented before Marty as we sat in our hotel room. Needless to say, they were fine, I was fine.
But, really the highlight of the weekend, besides spending some alone time with my hubby, was eating. Yes, I said eating. I. Love. To. Eat. I especially love to eat at restaurants. You know how some people are all about good home cooked meals? Not me! I love restaurants with yummy food. Friday night we ate at Houlihans. I won’t bore you with a list of everything I ate, but I will let you know about our dessert. It was a fondue pot with chocolate and marshmallows mixed together, and amazing graham crackers for dipping.
Last night, Marty recreated it. He just used marshmallow creme and hot fudge. He threw some scoops into our fondue pot with a tea light under it and grabbed some graham crackers.
Oh yum! This is the easiest dessert to make and probably the most delicious. I just wish we could figure out how to make graham crackers like they had.
Meanwhile, I’ve been working on another custom bag order all day. And, I’ve just realized that I have a couple of projects that I have yet to share. I will get those posts around and share them soon.

where did you guys go? That sounds tasty! I will have to try that!
