Am I the last one to find out about Polyvore? Melissa of The Inspired Room shared this awesome website with us yesterday.
I spent probably a good hour messing around with it, creating this inspiration board for our master bedroom.

There will probably be many more of these to come. This is so fun and a great way to see if what’s in your mind will actually look good once it’s executed.
The only downfall I have seen is the funny distortion that some of the backgrounds create. Like the one on the mirror and pillow above. Other than that, it’s so easy to import the products onto the site.
If you have time, go check it out. But, like I said, make sure you have time, otherwise you will end up forgetting to pick up your kids from school or burning your dinner in the oven.

I tried Polyvore once, but I don’t think I gave it enough time to figure it all out. I couldn’t do the layering OR figure out how to find everything I was looking for. :s
