I truly believe that hitting a cow on your way to work, would most definitely classify as the worst way to start your morning. Yesterday morning, one of the cows next door to us, made his way through the fence, and stood on our property eating leaves from our little trees near the road. I was a nervous wreck as I waited for the owners to show up and shoo the cow back into the pen. I resurrected this sign, because I was not about to let someone hit a cow.
I’m not even sure if anyone noticed the sign, but it made me feel less guilty about the cow in my yard, who did at one point, wander into the road. I should probably start constructing a large sign with blinking lights, so that I am more prepared next time this happens.
