To my horror, this is what I ate for dinner last night. For someone who wants to lose weight, this probably wasn’t the best route to take. When it comes to breakfast food, I have no control. I’m the girl that’s ordering the “Paul Bunyan Breakfast” at Bob Evans. It’s about impossible to order this without my family snickering. Then, you try to leave a little food on your plate so that the waitress isn’t like, “Dang, that girl can eat!” But, last night, I left a one inch chunk of eggs and that’s it.
Back to the “Frundy of the Day.” The first step to getting back to your pre baby body, is to get moving. Even if you can only handle 10 minutes, that is definitely a start. I have been doing 30 minutes a day on my elliptical. If you get bored, look at a magazine while you’re on your treadmill or elliptical. I’ve found that it really makes the time pass quickly. Can’t find time to do your devotions? This is also a perfect chance to multi-task. Both of these actions are bound to improve your life. The time you take for yourself defines your self worth. Take care of yourself as well as you take care of your children.
