Day 1 Dinner

This is what the 3 Day Diet, Day 1, dinner looks like. I am starting my 3rd day again tomorrow, and this is what I ate last night. I can’t believe that I am actually eating healthy. I even at broccoli tonight, and didn’t think it was that bad. Maybe my eating habits are actually maturing, and I can eat like a normal adult. I would love to be 10 lbs lighter, so my eating habits have to change.  I am at my pre-pregnancy weight, and am not totally unhappy. I would just like to be more toned and drop a couple of dress sizes. We are going to the beach in about 7 weeks, so my goal is to be bathing suit ready by then. Obviously, I would like to reach that goal well before then, but if not then 7 weeks it is. I will keep you updated on my progress.
