Today is the celebration of my boy’s daddy. At the moment, he is out doing one of his favorite things. That would be golfing. I figured since it was “his” day, he should get to sweat to death in the 80 degree weather, and I’ll just hang out in the air conditioning. My husband is a great father to our boys. I knew he would be great from the start. He loves kids and is sometimes a kid himself. He is the one who wrestles with Jaxon. I just can’t quite get into that, or maybe I’m just too busy around the house that I don’t take the time. Nonetheless, Jaxon loves his dad. Carter does too, he’s just doesn’t quite know it yet. I am so very thankful that Marty is the man that I get to share this great adventure of parenting with. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. As my boys get older, I know that they will continue to have more and more fun with their dad. I can’t wait to see them interact as they grow. God has absolutley blessed me. Reflect on the man in your life, and let him know how thankful you are that he is the father of your children.
