Good afternoon/evening gals! Looks like I’m getting a bit of a late start today. While dinner is in the oven, I thought I’d pop in and tell you what I’ve been up to.
Yesterday, I coaxed the hubs into helping me move my sewing room into the basement.
I have lots of sewing in the near future, and my little laundry room was interfering with my productivity.
Keep in mind, our basement is not finished. But, I am doing my best to pretty up those plastic covered walls.
Designer fabric left out in the open can mask any sort of eye sore.
I gave this gal some posies to wear and let her stand guard in front of my little corner of the basement. I’m hoping she’ll ward off any mice that might try to invade my space. I mean, that just just will. not. fly with me.
I did spend the majority of my day underground and got the cutest bag made. I feel good about the move, and see efficiency and large amounts of productivity ahead. At least today I do anyway. You know, while it’s still fresh and exciting. I’ll let you know how I feel tomorrow.
