I’ve been a busy bee over here, working on getting products made for my Etsy shoppe. Super excited and can’t wait to reveal! Please do not stop by, because my house is a mess, and I swear I will not even open the door.

Today, I wanted to share some sweet little Valentine’s Day projects, since, can you believe it, this Sunday is Valentine’s Day? I really wanted to make a cute wreath, this one to be exact, but ran out of time and ambition.

Tatertots and Jello

I’m going to put in a little plug for Jen at Tatertots and Jello. Her blog is amazing, and she is so extremely creative on a regular basis. Love it!

This is simple enough. Maybe next year.

I would never have time to construct something like this, let alone know where to hang it. But, it’s definitely adorable.

This table looks so sweet and pretty. If I had a girl, which I totally don’t. But, if I did, I would do this for her 6th birthday. Little girls gathered around in sun dresses with tafetta bows. Because, of course she will be born in the summer. I am not announcing anything, by the way, it just makes the whole story sound so much more delightful.

Back to Valentine’s Day.

How does she find the time?

Quite frankly, I feel as though I don’t have the appropriate shelving/furniture to make Valentine’s Day work in my home. Or at least that sounds like a good excuse until next year.

If you’re still going to make something for Valentine’s Day, you better get on it! You’re running out of time! Hurry, hurry, and please feel free to share.

This space had to be shared. Hope it can bring you some joy this morning.

Blue and orange was meant to exist together.

I wish I could get my hands on that coffee table.

The blue trim on the curtains is such a nice touch to really draw the whole room together.

Now I can go on with my day. Feeling inspired!

Oh wait! I’m not done yet. I didn’t see page 2 of the portfolio. Here are a few more goodies.

This headboard brings a great punch of color. What a focal point!

I probably would never do pink in my own home, but it is pleasing to the eye, especially when paired with a melon of sorts. And, this armoire…need I say more? L.O.V.E.

Crisp. Clean. But with a dollop of mustard. Truly beautiful.

Okay, I’m done. Carry on.

Today I sold my second bag. This one was very fun to make and more of a representative of what my actual line of bags will look like.

This one is also a laptop bag, but would be a very cute diaper bag as well. Check out all the pockets!

I appreciate everyone’s kind words regarding my [...]

You know what is really boggling my mind lately? So much so, that I am knocking on my head and asking who is in there. Erin, is that you? Alright, I won’t keep you guessing, here it is…the fact that I am totally digging Country Living lately.

I’ve always found myself to be so contemporary and [...]

Marty and I went away over the weekend, and we left Carter overnight for the first time. Oh the agony! I felt small anxiety attacks surge through my body as we dropped the kids off Friday night. What if he wakes up a bunch during the night or cries for hours because he just needs [...]

I really wouldn’t mind waking up to a platter full of cupcakes every morning.

See those letters in the background prompting me to devour the whole platter of red velvet cupcakes? (And, yes, I did eat two for breakfast with a cup of sugar and cream filled coffee. Bliss.) I created those the other day and [...]
